Apple's budget iPhone leak?

I wonder if this is true, but, this here is supposingly Apple's budget phone fight against its rivals, Samsung and LG. To me, it does look pretty decent and I won't mind holding one as a spare. Looks just like its bigger brothers to me, who's going to bother to spot the difference unless that examine your phone to micro detail.
