woke up this morning to find my iphone giving me the epic face of death, the white screen. after a million times of force shut down, restarting, holding the sleep & home button for 10mins, plugging into itunes to restore, i gave up. ive burnt up half my day on my phone. finally, decided to made my way down to my service provider, and they offered me a 1-to-1 exchange after am hour of troubleshooting. heartbroken to see my 6mth old fella part, and it sucks to have the protective film removed from the old fella to be placed on the new. sucks more to have that store fella do a crap rotten job. pfft. beats nothing, shall get a new film protector for the screen soon. the screen now looks shabby.
